Summary: Perform a variety of administrative functions to support the relationship management of the SBA portfolio.
Responsibilities: Daily support of and preparation of documentation for lending staff. Tactfully communicate with bank customers and vendors. Strong drive to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Attention to detail, effective oral and written communication skills; be customer service oriented; computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Applicants who have previous experience with commercial loan documentation will be given preference.
Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference check.
