Summary:  Assists in the administration and supervision of the Teller area as designed by the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:  Assist with the operations, customer service, branch security and more. Ensuring each employee is providing unparalleled service by training and motivating staff. Drive for customer satisfaction and embrace the bank's sales and cross-servicing culture by learning and having knowledge of our products and services. Maintain and operate a teller window, as needed, and offer guidance to Tellers on daily priorities.

Requirements:  Have an aptitude for financial services. Minimum high school diploma/GED, preferred education an Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent of 5+ years banking experience in the operations area with Head Teller responsibilities. 

Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference checks.
